Friendly staff - Alex is a fantastic resource when planning trips and onward travel.The hotel is very central, a short walk from the lake and in the old town.

The staff so friendly and helpful. Alex set up two tours for me and I followed his recommendations,

Good location walking distance to restaurants and the lake. Good breakfast in basement with very friendly helpful staff.

Breakfast area below road level was open to street access so traffic noise for breakfast. Good breakfast though.

I can only speak for the state of my room as did not check any other parts of the hotel. My room was riddled with a very bad case of dampness. Some of the walls had areas covered with mould and patches of its plaster/wall paper were badly damaged as a result of the dampness. There was a dehumidifier in the room and during my 24hrs stay I had to empty it twice. The odour created as a consequence of this problem was quite intense and made worse by the fact that the only window in the room could not be opened. The cleanliness in general was poor. Taps in the bathroom were heavily covered with limescale, there was human hair left on the bed linen and the floor of the room, the door of the fridge was covered in staines and plenty of dust was still present in areas of the room on arrival.

The staff are very friendly and communicate well. The location of the hotel is very good. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around the area.

Friendly staff, great air on, large rooms, terrific shower, 2 large double beds, complimentary upgrade to penthouse was excellent. Location very close to old quarter.

First of all the whole staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived a little earlier than the check in and we waited just a little bit before we were able to check in. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The location was very walkable to all the things we wanted to do.

The staff were superb, very warm and friendly; always eager to assist and give tips.The room looks is basic, very tired but was fairly comfortable.

The room, as advertised with a window, has no view. It faces a wall, so no light comes in!

Perfect location and only a walk away from the market streets The staff here are so welcoming and friendly, I love that they make your breakfast to order and they’re always happy to help. Breakfast includes sausages, bacon, eggs, bread rolls, yoghurt, fresh fruit and cereals My room was spacious, completely clean and the shower pressure is the best, much needed after the long days out Room had all the facilities I required and the bed was very comfortableI would 100% come back to stay at this hotel and would recommend to others!

Great location, friendly staff and spacious rooms

We had a very warm welcome from staff on arrival, they helped us with booking transport, day trips helped us to get around Hanoi. Alex was excellent

Great location, in the old quarter, within walking distance to main tourist atractions. Very clean, towels change everyday. You can leave the luggage before check-in as well as after check-out. Reception 24h. Helpful and very kind staff.

My room was a bit small as for two people but for one person enough. But I know there are bigger rooms as well.

It was a nice hotel room with friendly staff. It was nice that it was quiet at night given the amount of traffic in Hanoi. Easy walking distance to the old quarter.
